Program
Muscatine Rotary by Rotary Board Members
Incoming Muscatine President, Tom Ward, asked each table to discuss the questions that follow in order to help plan the Muscatine Rotary Club's 2010/2011 year. Rotary board members sat at various tables to record the ideas.
Discussion Questions:
-
Programs (5 minutes) - thoughts on our programs in the past; favorites? What type of programs would you like to have? Would you volunteer for a month of programs (or one program?)
-
Club dynamics (7 minutes) - If there was one thing you could change about the Muscatine Rotary club what would it be? (thought provokers - membership recruiting, fund raising, meeting time/place, agenda of the meeting,)
-
Community Service (7 minutes) - What community service project would you like to see the club undertake in Rotary year 2010 / 2011? Would you be willing to lead or participate in the project that you suggest?
-
Membership (5 minutes) - Thoughts on membership recruiting, retaining, ideas for new members?
-
Rotary International or District 6000 (5 minutes) - Do you have thoughts on the programs of Rotary International or District 6000; if you had a conversation with the incoming RI president or District Governor what would you highlight to him to work on in his term?
