CROSSROADS, INC. is a non-profit agency offering employment training and community living assistance that works closely with employers to develop employment skills needed in today's work force and helps people become more independent.

CROSSROADS, INC. was incorporated in October of 1969 as Muscatine County Community Workshops, Incorporated. The original building housed the organization from 1969- 1975. A new building was constructed and moved into in April 1975. Several additions were added over the years, and the name of the organization was changed to CROSSROADS, INC. in 1993.

Crossroads works with many businesses in Muscatine to provide workers.  They are also offering a secure shredding operation that they hope many in Muscatine will make use of since there is no local provider for shredding currently.  Other services include workplace training, day habitation and residential services.
