Dave and Ciony Metz - Dave was presented the Honorary Paul Harris Fellow ship Award.

Mary Wildermuth, President had a reading to honor Flag Day.

Honorary Paul Harris - Tom Ward presented Dave Metz with and Honorary Paul Harris Fellowship.
Dave's career started in the Peace Corps in 1965 where he also learned Spanish. He then started work with Stanley Consultants in 1969 and later married his wife Ciony in 1976. His experiences with
many rural electrification projects. Dave was nominated by John Schwandke. John told of all his wonderful help with the electrical systems at the Rotary's Xecotopec project and Dave was able to fix the electric supply to the building. Dave and his wife Ciony are faithful volunteers for many causes.

Kip Fisher wanted everyone to know that Gregs had received an honorary doctorate degree and Sarah Lande also wanted members to know that he had been named Outstanding Alumni from the
Marv Krieger was happy Bill Schafenacker will be celebrating his 95th birthday.
Roger Lande was happy that he and Bill Trent had talked about Mark Twain's statement about sunsets and sunrises and shared a reading from Mark Twain.

Jeff Armstrong introduced Jeremy Pickard who is the Community College Iniative Program Liaison and Jennifer Parker who is the CCI Program Coordinator. Students Muhammad Amer, Finix Williams, and Victor Carreao
told of their experiences with the application process and many experiences while in the states. To volunteer as a mentor family please contact Jennifer parker at 288-6108.
