Our meetings in July will be held at the Clarion Hotel in Room 2a . In August we will relocate to our new meeting location at the Wesley Family LifeCenter in downtown Muscatine!!

Rotary News: We will move to the Wesley Family Life Center in downtown Muscatine beginning in August!! Steve Jameson told us that a host family is needed for a young man from Brazil.  If you or someone you know can help please let Steve and the Youth Exchange Committee know.  You still have an opportunity to represent our club at the Muscatine County Fair... Keith is driving the golf cart, join him on Friday.

Rotary Guests: Angel Delatore, our outward bound student to France, Tom Bankhead, Nick Korpi, Katie Watson, Dick Maeglin and several Chinese guests from our partner community!!

Tony Joseph introduced our Chinese friends old and new! Stay tuned for future event details being planned for September!!

Rotary Program: Gregg Mandsaager introduced John Lutz and Randy Hill who shared a brief update on the city's capital improvement projects including  Colorado Street, West Hill Separation, Cedar Street Project, and the Mittman Road/ Monsanto Butterfly Garden trail.  The city has garnered some trail funds with the support of Sarah Lande which will help develop our trail system and contribute to our designation as a Blue Zone Community.  Randy and John used a powerpoint presentation to show the progress of these projects.  They also remained after the meeting and invited questions from the Rotarians.
