Monday's presentation was given by Gregs Thomopulos on International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC). Gregs is the current President of this professional organization for his work in engineering consulting with Stanley Consultants. FIDIC is the international voice of consulting engineering. This prestigious organization was established in 1913 and today 83 countries are members. One of the main roles that FIDIC plays on an international level is developing and setting best practices for engineering consulting and contract standards. FIDIC is guided by its three principles: 1. Authority on business related quality of work, 2. Ethics and integrity in consulting engineering, and 3. Commitment to sustainable development. Special Recognition
- Diana Gradert received two honors: Paul Harris Fellow and Citizen of the Year award for 2009. Diana received the Citizen of the Year Award for her work in Muscatine and surrounding communities. Congratulations Diana!
- Richard Stanley received the Robert L. Roach for his work in health care in our community. Congratulations!
- Gregs Thomopulos received the Vocational Achievement Award for his integrity and hard work with Stanley Consultants.
