Program: Bob Allbee introduced Mike Edmonds as the program for the day.  Mike is by profession the Swine Nutritionist for the Kent Group.  Mike has written a very thorough and informative book called Healthy Eating Made Easy.  He will be making more presentations about the book at the New Hope Church and at Wesley United Methodist Church on April 24, 2013 at 7:45 P.M.  Mike focused on why one would write a book?  He wanted to explain nutrition to the lay person by explaining how to be healthy by better eating.  He believes he has done this through a positive message and a book that is very readable.  Mike offered free copies to be loaned for a month so that various workplaces might use it as a guide.  The book will be available for purchase on April 12 by going online to

www.dredmondshealthyeating.com.  Mike had success selling a couple of books, discussing the book and providing several copies to various workplaces for a month of free checkout.
