Frank Iliff- Reminder check out the Farmer’s Market Saturday mornings from 7:30-11:30 am. Frank also shared he enjoys Naomi’s smile greeting everyone at meetings. Rob Yant- Rob took a trip to South East Milwaukee to celebrate birthdays with classmates. He had a pleasant visit. Rich Dwyer- Kent team was featured on social media working on the Habitat for Humanity home last Friday. Lindsey Phillips- As part of the Big Brother Big Sister 45 Bigs in 45 Day campaign, several Muscatine leaders wore a campaign T-shirt featuring a QR code for information on the back. The shirts and campaign support were shared on social media, and 13 potential bigs reached out for information. Thank you to everyone that wore a shirt and helped spread awareness.

Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) Student Presentation-
What is RYLA? RYLA is the joint conference between District 6000 and District 5970. RYLA is a 6-day event taking place in mid-July at Grinnell College. The Rotary Club of Muscatine traditionally sponsors 2 attendees to RYLA each year. RYLA is meant to encourage and assist youth leaders and potential leaders in learning effective leadership methods and responsibilities.
Katherine Schlawin- Kate was joined by her mother, Kory Schlawin, and Father, Kurt Schlawin. Kate is a Junior at Muscatine High School. Kate participates in numerous extracurricular activities, including band, cross country, track, student council, key club, and many more. Most of the week is spent in small groups participating in activities focused on teamwork, leadership, and building confidence. Kate thanks the Rotary Club for their sponsorship.
