Happy News/Announcements:  This is a reminder that Happy News funds go towards our scholarships.
Micah Colbert- $5 for a joke. Lee Agency Blood Drive- looking to partner with other organizations to increase donations. Contact Micah with interest. Craig Utley-$5 Craig’s son graduated from ISU magna cum lade- major in Finance. Rebecca Paulsen- MPW hosted a great Business After Hours last week.  The next one is at Ruhl and Ruhl the 2nd Thursday of June. Please join us.  We also held a successful Ribbon cutting for Mailboxes and Parcel. Mike Wedell- Happy to be back from travels in Germany. International travel is hard since Covid. Frank Iliff- survived his UBER ride in Houston last week.  Megan Francis- The Muscatine Walk to End Alzheimer’s is returning on September 23rd on the River Front. Please consider starting a team.  June we are asking businesses to consider going purple for Alzheimer’s and Brain Health Awareness Month.

  • May 26th is the first Almost Friday Fest. This summer, we are teaming up with HyVee as a food vendor for each Almost Friday Fest.  We will need 3-4 Volunteers to help at each event from 3:30-8:30 pm. We will split the event into 2 shifts- 3:30-6 and 6-8:30.  The Rotary Club will get 50% of the proceeds. Please see Megan Francis for more information or sign up for a shift.

  • The Board will be working on opportunities for our club to support Ukraine. More info to come.
