Program:
Programs of Crossroads:
Many are familiar with sub minimum wage workshop of the past but Collaboration 1 at Crossroads is an updated integrated production floor specializing in packaging, distribution, sorting, and small part or hand assembly. For over 50 years we have partnered with local business, including HNI and Bridgestone/Bandag, proving that the individuals we work with can provide the production needs to sustain and grow your business. A walk through Collaboration 1 you will see the same equipment as any work floor and all employees start at the same wage. Supported Employment program allows clients to work in variety of positions in the community with the support of a Job Coach.  Current placements include: Kitchen assistant at Butchers Vegetables, Assistant at Live, Love, Laugh Child Care. Other Supported employment opportunities with enclave groups: 3-5 employees working at one site with one job coach.  We invite any community members to come out for a tour to see the production floor and see the programs in action
