Happy News:  Our speaker, Thilo Von Debschitz, shared with us that the Covid vaccine was invented in a city not for from him by BioNTech and Pfizer.  Megan Francis son turned 6 this weekend and loves swimming and decided he did not need his floaties any longer.  Diana Broderson was happy that she ate in a restaurant for the first time in 14 months.  She also let us know that the city has received an additional $230,000 in stimulus to work on repairing our potholes and roads.  Scott Dahlke is happy that MCSA is starting their housing project.  Melanie Kellman thanked United Way for all their help with the Alzheimer walk.

Program:  Our program was Thilo von Debschitz, the rediscovered works of Fritz Kahn (1888-1968) - Man as an Industrial Machine.  Fritz Kahn wrote science books that were known for their illustrations/ infographics.   His books were burned and destroyed in Germany.   Thilo shared a wonderful presentation with us on the works of Fritz Kahn as well as a video of him presenting Fritz Kahn's son, Emanuel with the completed book about his father for Emanuel's 85th birthday.  For more information www.fritzkahn.com.  Thilo von Debschitz books can be found on Amazon.  Thank you
