The Muskies in the off season of January through July do strength training and have study tables together.  In the summer they work out 4 times a week at 6 am.  During the first week of August they sponsored Muskie Camp for 5th-8th grade and High School Camp for 9-12. The season will begin with 3 starters from last year in the District 7 lineup. 28 Seniors graduated last year so currently there are 35 committed players.
