Program:  Erika shared the annual club and district goals.  Shane Orr is leading Service to Humanity, Bobbi Holliday- Community Service, Jessica Wittman-Club Service, Rick Gosney- Member Services, John Kuhl- Vocational Services and Naomi DeWinter - Youth Services. Erika believes Muscatine Rotary is the premiere service club for professionals providing impact within the community and world.  Her goals are to value the club culture, value proposition and impact.  These are the compelling reasons to be a member. Bobbi Holliday shared the plans for planting a tree for every member around town during the Fall Day of Caring.  In regard to Rotary Sustainability we are doing well with gender balance but need to work on lowering the age of our members..since the average age is 56.  District Goals are to grow our membership by a net of 3% for us that is 3 members.  Erika would like to see our club at 100 active members by 2020 when we are 100 years old.  We are hoping to increase member contributions to the Rotary Foundation and enhance our public image.  Mike Ruby explained a Rotary Moment so that we have one at more than 50% of our meetings. We will also be preparing for  our 100th Anniversary Celebration.  Erika thanked members for the outstanding contributions to the Buffalo Bike Project with 1 Bike being purchased for each member of our club.  Erika concluded by handing out a survey to take home, complete and bring back!!
