Caitlyn Ryan is proud of the 9 year old bowler who is the great granddaughter of the individual the bowling tournament was honoring. Bobbi Holliday's son scored 89% on his GRE. Scott Ingstad highly recommended attending the Muskie Basketball Game on Tuesday evening, starring Joe Weiskamp!!  Alan Ostergren solicited for members help in securing programs for March and April's meetings.
 
Program:  Chris Atchison with the State of Iowa's Hygenic Lab provided an informative program about his experiences in state government and providing Public Health services in Illinois and Iowa. He has worked through HIV, floods, H1N1, Ebola, Zika, Anthrax and any other public health threat since 1985.  The Hygenic Lab is for the state of Iowa, and is located mainly at the University of Iowa. They provide 500,000 tests annually with 221 employees and a budget of $24 million. The public health system and the lab in his view must be responsive to an ever changing physical and viral environment
