Program: Todd Poci introduced Mark and Robin Mitchell as the owners of Contrary Brewery. Mark is the brewer and has given up his 22 year career with the postal service to take up this new venture.  There are 4000 Brewerys
in the U.S.  Mark calls Contrary a nanobrewery with 2 kegs being made in a 1 barrel batch.  Beginning with 12 beers on tap there are currently 10 available for tasting.  The brewery is open Thursday through Saturday from 4-10.  It is not intended to be a bar or a tavern but a responsible pasttime.  It takes about 10 days to make a beer.   Panini Sandwiches are also available for enjoyment with a flight of beer.  Mark calls his brewery a glorified home brewery!!
