Program: Cath Hahn, shared the story of how "Harmony Place" came to be.  She started the idea because her son Jeff was in need of services to help him live independently.  With the help of Mike Johannsen, and many many other community members the idea was turned into a project. The house received a HUD grant for $549,000 and another $350,000 was raised via community support.  Residents moved in in June of 2008. Harmony Place is located at 3016 West Fulliam. Currently there are 5 residents with Jeff being one of them.  It was the fulfillment of a mother's dream to provide a home for her son along with others who had similar needs.  Cath and Frank Hahn have also started a fund at the Community Foundation to help support ongoing needs of the home and the residents.  Contributions can be made to the "Friends of Harmony".
